Terms & Conditions
- Visitors are requested to leave the flats clean &
tidy, avoiding undue noise which could disturb others.
- One set of keys are supplied for each flat, the main
front door and a flat key.
- Additional sets are available for a deposit of £20
per set, refundable upon return.
- It is requested that you contact The Gladwyn a few
days before arriving with an ETA (do not just turn up)
- Flats available from 2pm onwards, on day of arrival
- Latest check in 7.30pm, on day of arrival
- Check out 10am, on day of departure
- The use of chip pans is Strictly Forbidden
- The flats must not be occupied by more persons than
booked into each flat, additional guests must be paid for.
- The management do not hold its self responsible for
valuables left in rooms.
- The management do not hold its self responsible for
valuables/cars left on the car park
- Management reserve the right to cancel accommodation
at any time, if in their opinion the behaviour of a visitor is
such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby endangered.
Booking Conditions
- Telephone bookings held for two days provisionally
pending receipt of deposit
- Deposits are not refundable
- Cancellations within four weeks of arrival date are
to be paid in full
- Cancellations only accepted in writing
